Country: Curicó Valley, Chile
Type: White
Tasting Notes: The nose of the 2013 Cordillera Chardonnay is quite predictable with aromas of smoke, spices and yellow fruit -- classical oaked-Chardonnay, slightly tropical. The palate is medium-bodied with good acidity and a slightly sweet finish. Forty percent of the blend fermented and matured in French barriques for eight months. 64,000 bottles produced.
