Tasting Notes: For many years now we have been producing this small selection of Barbaresco, a single vineyard planted in a not very deep soil where limestone and margins alternate, for a limited quantity of bottles that will surely give you great emotions. A solid structure leading to great elegance, typical of Nebbiolo for Barbaresco. We wanted a soft and enveloping wine, surely complex, but also able to combine the austere tones of the great Nebbiolo with more tenuous and elegant scents. Nicely intense in color, ample and ethereal, it expresses all the softness of the well-aged Nebbiolo with smooth tannins and scents of liquorice and violet; excellent evolution potential.
