Tasting Notes: Torres family began production of wine "Coronas" more than a hundred years ago, the brand was registered by Don Juan Torres February 7, 1907, and is one of the oldest brands with the longest history in the Spanish wine industry. "Coronas" combines two grape varieties - traditional, dominant in the blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon round it. Grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then aged in 300-liter barrels of French and American oak for at least 9 months to achieve a soft, rounded taste and aftertaste more saturated.
