Tasting Notes: The Steading is Torbreck's signature wine which best exemplifies shiraz, grenache and mataro from the Barossa's oldest vineyards (up to 150 years) that survived the government vine pull scheme of the 1980s. Delicate aromas of truffle, five spice and spring flowers are supported by a rich core of framboise, licoeice, saddle leather and Provencal herns. Subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar with acidity and ripe supple tannis. Robert Parker 93.
