Black fruit (cherry) aroma with subtle notes of spices (vanilla) and very ripe dried fruit (dates) undertones. Intense and very velvety on the palate with flavorful extract and soft tannins. Pairs perfectly with stews, wild game, meat paellas and semi-cured cheeses.
