Tasting Notes: The Cuvée itself is typical of the high quality of the brand, which has already captured and inspired many fans. It’s equally harmonious and lively character is the result of the assemblage of almost 100 layers of crus.
It is 50-55% Pinot Noir, 30-35% Pinot Meunier, 15-20% Chardonnay and 10-20% Reserve wines.
These layers work together to form a blend of flavors from across the Champagne region, capturing it like a painting. Smells of almonds and fresh hazelnuts and notes of ripe pears, apples, citrus fruits and light grapes touch the palate before its velvety structure unfolds in the finish.
