An intense clean cherry red, with cardinal red highlights and fine constant bubbles. On the nose, maintaining the primary aromas of black fruit and liquorice from the Tempranillo grape, the aroma of lemon and spices stand out making this a delicious refreshing and aromatic drink. On the palate, fresh, fruity and bubbly, with a sweet citric flavour which gives it personality and structure. Long lingering and delicious, a premium version of a traditional Spanish drink.
