Tasting Notes: This Champagne is elegant and vibrant, with aromas of spring flowers and white fruits, and a tense and pure texture to the light palate. This Champagne seems to be ideal as an aperitif. Made from 77% Pinot Noir from four different plots and 23% Chardonnay from a single parcel, just under one-third of the base wines were matured in Burgundian oak demi-muids.
