The Hiramatsu brand is based on the theme of "Kyushu Terrowar - Brewing the Terrain of Kyushu". Specifically, using only Yamada Nishiki made in special farmers in Kyushu, this alcohol is made with local water that is compatible with land rice (water quality that contains phosphate, calcium, and magnesium suitable for making liquor) and is thoroughly made by the local stores of this location. This limited edition brew Daigin brewing uses F-44 yeast developed by Fukuoka Prefecture. The alcohol is added, so you can drink it with a gorgeous fragrance. In addition, the alcohol additive is made from our own rice shochu, "All Rice" Daigin Jō. The famous calligrapher in Kyoto has written the words "Hiramats".
