Tasting Notes: Fruit for this wine is sourced from mature vineyards aged over twenty years. The wine is 100% barrel fermented in French oak barriques, of which 30% is new. The wine is lees-stirred monthly during its eleven months in barrel. This wine has lovely fruit, is complex and elegant, with a fine tannin structure.
