Tasting Notes: The Saint Veran designation shares with Pouilly Fuisse the slopes of the limestone hill. Pierre Ferraud has been one of the key figures for the promotion of the Saint Veran designation. This wine has a crystal clear and pale gold colour. On the nose this wine develops subtle fruit (peach, pear) or acacia scents. On the palate this wine is dry and round, often a mineral, with a very lively attack.
