Zesty, delicate and fragrant. Born on New Year’s Day 1900, Extra Dry has a delicate aromatic complexity with hints of raspberry and lemon over a background of orris. Slight touches of delicate wood lead to a well-balanced burst of invigorating acidity.  Martini is wholly created from natural ingredients carefully selected from all over the world. A base of high-quality white wine mainly coming from Emilia-Romagna, Puglia and Sicilia is skilfully blended with a delicate elixir coming from over 40 different aromatic and bitter herbs, flowers, fruits, roots, woods and spices.
