Tasting Notes: Hand harvested at the Blue Rock Vineyard from 2 mature blocks. Appearance immediately suggests freshness and youth with its’ vibrant greenish tinge Plenty to sniff here! Popping with tangy apple chew lollies, kaffir lime, green mango and passionfruit, I can also see some vanilla pod like aromatics possibly as a result of barrel ferment/maturation?? Juicy and ripe flesh of peach, sugared grapefruit like punchy crunchy flavours. Super stuff, a wine that doesn’t need an occasion, but would go nicely with friends and nibbles.
