Tasting Notes: Knappstein Hand Picked Riesling displays youthful talc-like aromas combined with bright lime juice character and bath salt highlights. Aromas of fresh lemon drops mingle with Granny Smith apple and floral notes. There are generous citrus flavours with chalky texture and minerality. This is followed by grapefruit characters, uplifted by a touch of mango on the palate. These flavours arrive in waves and a line of juicy acidity guides the wine through to a soaring finish.
