Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 75% Grenache 25% Syrah from Carinena in Aragon, Spain. D.O.P. Cariñena, North-east of Spain. Altitude from 600 to 800 meters, Continental Mediterranean climate, scarce rainfall below 250 liters, cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.
Taste Profile: Intense black cherry colour with layers of violet tones resulting in a wine with an attractive appearance. Complex nose with fragrant and ripe red and black fruit. On the palate the wines shows powerful fruit, which is perfectly balanced, full and intense. Long finish.
Winemaking Process: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains macerated with the skins for 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks. The wine is then aged for 2 months in French oak barrels
