Tasting Notes: Like all great wines, Barbera too has its own crus. In certain areas and vineyards where it reaches the highest of its expression, it rightfully deserves the name SUPERIOR. Stradivario, with its great character, is only produced during the best vintages (millesimi). It is a long-lasting wine with a potential of at least 15 years, always mantaining the fresh colour of its varietal. Full-bodied, intense ruby red in colour with purple hints and harmonious tannins. Black cherries, raspberries, candied apple, white pepper, prunes and blonde tobacco. Can be enjoyed after 5 years in the bottle and pairs nicely with the great Piedmontese cuisine and white truffle.
