Colour: Rich amber with yellow gold highlights

Nose: Deep and robust maltiness comes through at the very start, accompanied by hints of Highland peat smoke tang. The full flavour slowly subsides to allow sweet and fruity flavours of apples , pears and honey to come through.

Palate & Body: Round and warming, full of rich malts and maturity that slowly fades to a silky rounded texture. Full of depth and substance.

Finish: Well balanced with clean flavoured fullness that ends with slow fading of flowers.
