Tasting Notes: This wine has a very pale yellow color with some shiny glints. On the nose, this wine has boxwood, citrus, and exotic fruit scents. On the palate the first sensation is finesse. Then the palate is "filled". It is a wine that fills the mouth without having a great length. You can drink our Vin de Pays Sauvignon "P.Ferraud et Fils" as an aperitif or with grilled fish. You may also try to pair it with white meat, ideally at 15°C. This wine is to be drunk within three years after its production.
